REFUND POLICY

At Viro Wellness, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final on Opened Products

Due to the nature of dietary supplements and health products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on opened, unsealed, or used products. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all our customers.

Eligible Refund Situations

We will issue a refund or replacement ONLY in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product
  • Your product arrived visibly damaged or broken
  • Your order was lost in transit (confirmed by carrier)

To qualify, you must:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@virowellness.com
  2. Provide your order number
  3. Provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue
  4. Return the item (if requested) in its original condition

No Refunds On:

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Allergic reactions or sensitivity (please review all ingredients before purchasing)
  • Orders where incorrect shipping address was provided by customer
  • Delayed delivery due to carrier or customs delays

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us is considered fraud. We keep full records of all orders, communications, tracking information, and delivery confirmations. We will dispute all fraudulent chargebacks with complete documentation.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
