Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

  • Standard shipping fee applies to orders under $50

Domestic Shipping Only We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages Viro Wellness is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier first. If the issue is not resolved contact us at contact@virowellness.com within 7 days.

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, email us at contact@virowellness.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work to resolve it promptly.
